Refund & Return Policy

At Dubai Curtain, every order is handled with care — whether it’s ready-made curtains or fully custom window treatments. Because many of our products are tailored to your space, we want to clearly explain how returns and refunds work.

Custom-Made Products

Most of our curtains, blinds, and motorized systems are made to measure based on your selected fabric, size, and design. For this reason, custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

Before we begin manufacturing, we confirm measurements, fabric choices, and specifications with you to avoid any misunderstandings. We strongly encourage customers to double-check details during the consultation stage.

However, if there is a manufacturing defect or installation issue caused by our team, we will fix it at no additional cost.

Ready-Made Products

Ready-made items may be eligible for return within 3 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused

  • It is in original condition and packaging

  • It has not been altered, installed, or damaged

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Installation Services

Installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed. If there is an issue with the fitting, please inform us within 48 hours so our team can resolve it promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. If materials have already been cut or prepared, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, partial charges may apply to cover material costs.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days to reflect.
